Duration: 1 minute

Use: When imbibed, the wearer is magically lifted clear of the ground and can mentally raise and lower themselves at a rate of 1m/sec (approximately 3 feet per second). This does not grant the ability to move horizontally - this is strictly vertical movement - nor does it affect current velocity when the potion is drunk. (i.e. If you are falling at 50m/sec, you could start slowing yourself 1m/sec and stop your fall (if you have time) but someone falling at 100m/sec will make a nice splatter mark on the ground.)
