(Adrift) Ascension Ceremony

Once every couple years Dragonic essence is gathered in the dragon city of Drift and worthy humans are selected from the populace, then on the night of a full moon the Ceremony takes place.

The humans imbibe the essence and with the casting of a final catalizing spell, the chosen are transformed into dragonic/dragonspawn/dragonborn.  Various effects take place depending on how powerful an essence an individual imbibes but they are always stronger then a regular dragonic that was born/hatched.
