Vicious Poison

This is basically an oil that doesn't add to attack or damage, instead causing ongoing poison damage for 1d2+1 successful attacks when applied to a weapon. The damage is (5 Adventurer, 10 Champion, 15 Epic). It is applied with a quick action and has the same cost as a rune.
