Target: 1d4 nearby enemies
Throw: Dexterity + Level vs DC
Poison: Background + Level vs PD
Hit: 1d6 per level + Background poison damage. Enemy takes ongoing damage equal to level until they move out of the cloud.
Miss: No damage to enemy. If miss is natural 4 or less, allies within melee range of targets take ongoing damage equal to level (save ends).
Adventurer’s Feat: If poison roll is natural 16+, enemy is hampered.
