Adventurer Feat: Use Dexterity instead of Charisma for your attack roll with this spell.
Champion Feat: You may make Flexible Ranged Attacks with the spell you chose; if the spell targets more than one enemy, the maneuver only applies to one of them.
Epic Feat: You learn a second at-will spell as per this talent.
