Target: One creature
Attack: INT+Level vs. AC
Hit: 2d6+INT damage
3rd Level: 3d8+ INT damage
5rd Level: 5d8+ INT damage
7rd Level: 6d10+ INT damage
9rd Level: 8d10+ INT damage
Special: During a quick rest you may change the form of this spell (appearance, damage type, range, targets, and extra effects [ongoing damage, conditions, etc including triggers]) to match one that you were hit with by an enemy during the last encounter. The form is retained until the spell is changed again.
Adventurer Feat: The current form of this spell is permanently retained in your memory. You may switch to it during any quick rest.
Champion Feat: The current form of this spell is permanently retained in your memory. You may switch to it during any quick rest. You may have up to two permanently retained forms.
